Shipping policy

PēpiCo currently ships within New Zealand only.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is NZ$7 per order.
Orders of NZ$100 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Processing times

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During launches or other busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

Delivery times

Please allow approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch for delivery. Rural deliveries may take longer.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery details

Please check that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@pepico.co.nz. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue.
